Officially did nothing for few days, tomorrow got to start my study again. 'Pack' my books (is rather messy upon the time doing coursework), checked 'blackboard' for updates (the e-learning portal of Northumbria University), from the last time i printed out the notes from it, there are quite some updates, so have to start my printing work tomorrow before proceed to the reading (it is more convenient to study with hard copy), i need to organise my softcopy too. Oh, must keep remind myself, tomorrow have an important session at the college, can't miss it, is going to be lecture about the plagiarism issue. Our group study session will be starting on Wednesday, must get the printing work done before that. Our college revision class will be starting on March.
Regarding to my PTPTN, don't bother about it already, just wait the letter asking me to pay up and then see what need to do. My course fees? I guess i will ask what is my friends plan on Wednesday, even i give up and thought paying up without anymore arguments. Last Tuesday had a session with the professor from NU, found out my certificate will be according to last two years marks, so is 8 subject, total 800 marks. If wanted to be sure will be qualified to study BAR at UK, i will need 2nd upper honour ie atleast 480 marks in total. I already have 212 marks for last 4 subject, this year got to get atleast 268 marks in total for the 4 subject (about 67 marks for each). Is rather a hard job but i would 188 marks (about 47 marks for each) if i only wish to obtain 2nd lower honour, quite a huge different between two. Well, just try my best, pray hard.
One question, if i do qualified, where am i going to get the money to study in UK? If the time range really is 7 years instead of 5 years, will i able to save enough for it? I would be about 28-30 years old at that time, i might be having my own family, will i go away for 2 years? For me, the answer became obvious at this point. To further study, indeed i will pursue it but i might be further study in other fields, subject to my job area, most probably. Saying about job, had some thinking lately. My friends told me, she almost made up her mind to try her luck at UK, she will buy ticket (with 6 months time frame) and work her way out. If i do have the chance to do so, i might consider go over UK first, work and travel around then explore to other Europe country for the 6 months period. It would be quite a journey but is rather risky and costly. After the 6 months time then i will seek for a permanent job, in Sg (i hope that i able to get one) or stay in Msia.
A permanent job, what kind of a job i want to work, this is a big question right now. I guess what ever i able to get, what ever that able to give me a good offer, what ever that comes... I hope i do found a great employment. PRAY HARD!
