Backpacking

Backpacking...

A journey of 6 months in Europe, first stop definately UK, nearby Northumbria, Newcastle if possible, stop by for a month, at least till after convocation...

Air Fare...

Currently, AirAsia 18th June -RM1,035.oo to 6th December RM805.50, approx RM2k in total...

Accomodation...

Searching on9 for a few cheapest rental, lowest rate about 80 paun, common rate extra 20 paun, share with 1 fren den 40-50 paun per week, share wif 2 fren den 30-40 paun per week, if 4 gals den 20-30 paun, not bad...

Food...

estimate ard 100 paun at most per week, if v cook den might b more cheaper...

Travel...

By train, Eurotrain...Cheapest rate for non-flexible is 55 paun (a 2 months ticket, may drop off half den broad back as long as b4 time lane expired) - Youth (below 26 years old, im qualified)could be getting lower rate...

Internet Access...

By view, should have quite a number of Wifi cafe, i guess, to be comfirmed...

Work...

Restaurant like McD and others, small outlet, even pub would be the target...salary is weekly base, might be able to work for abt 1-2 week for a place n move on...But definately start of in UK since there have highest currency rate, as above will stay till after convo, might be able to save at least 500 paun for a month work...

Visa...

Not required for Malaysian if travel within 6 months time...

Passport...

Expired,need to be renew,it wont take long...

Packing...

Light packing,for the ease of travel...

Money...

RM2k for airfare, 800 paun for the 1st month budget = approx rm4k Thus with some extra approx RM7-10k will do...

Safety...

Try stay in popular city,avoid small places...Casual wear, light carry...

Route planning...

UK,Newcastle,Lille,Amsterdam,Paris,Starsburg,Italy,Rome.....Hmm,beside first stop no idea yet...

Decision Making...

Tok to Vin Korr,he encouraged me to go ahead...Tok wif my dear,he worry quite alot...True safety is main concern,beside becareful nothing much can do...My Family, have not make a discussion, wait till i have more information...

Conclusion...Backpacking yet to be comfirmed!I wish to obtain all those i love supports to start this trip...
